Our family homes in Kinsale, Kilbrittain, Clonakilty and Bandon have been carefully selected for the warmth of their welcome and their comfort. We have been working with the same families for years. All options are within 25 minutes from our school and your teacher or host will bring you to and from school daily. You can choose a home with private bathroom en suite.

You will be included in family life and will have the opportunity to experience the real Ireland while practising your speaking skills.

Villa – Ard Na Nean Residential Immersion

Ard Na Nean is a luxurious, beautiful villa at harbour View near Kinsale, just 30 minutes from Cork International Airport. Your hosts, Joan and Brian Gollins, with both legal and business backgrounds, will extend a warm welcome and make you feel completely at home throughout your stay. Your teacher will travel to teach you at home each day, so that you can relax and maximise your time. Classes take place in the stylish drawing room or in the conservatory. You will have lunch each day with your trainer and, in the evenings, will dine with Brian and Joan or with one of our team in a nearby restaurant or bar. A social programme complements the 30-hour (per week) training schedule. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking spectacular Courtmacsherry Bay.

Manor House

Glebe Country House is a charming, family-run, Georgian rectory dating from 1755. It is situated on the banks of the Bandon River in quiet Ballinadee village, near Kinsale. The house is elegantly furnished with antiques and offers warmth and great comfort. The bedrooms have views of the gardens and the river. Classes take place in the drawing room.
